No. We can route tours and join you, or send a video walk of the actual unit. Some renters tour on their own with our shortlist. ### Will you disclose any affiliation with a building? Yes. If Spirit Real Estate Group or our team has any affiliation with a listed community, we disclose it in writing before a tour. ### What if a price changes after you send it?
