# Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how New Fort Worth Apartment Team ("we," "us," or "our"), a team of Spirit Real Estate Group (TREC #562021), handles information you share on newapartmentsfortworth.com. We collect what we need to send you a shortlist and help you lease, and we don't sell your information.

## 1\. Information we collect

When you request a shortlist or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as:

- Your name, mobile number, and email address
- Your move-by date, current lease end, size, all-in budget, areas, and up to four neighborhoods or employers
- Whether you've agreed to receive texts about your shortlist
- Messages, documents, and lease pages you choose to send us

We also collect basic technical information, such as the page you submitted a form from, your browser type, and pages visited, so we can run and improve the site.

## 2\. How we use your information

- To build your shortlist and confirm prices, specials, and fee sheets with communities
- To text or email you about your search, tours, applications, and move-in
- To pre-check income and documents before you pay any application fee, when you ask us to
- To send consented alerts on saved buildings, at most one a day
- To follow up after move-in with punch lists and a Renewal Check
- To meet our legal and licensing obligations

## 3\. Text messages

If you check "Text me about my shortlist," we'll text you about your search. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't text you for unrelated marketing.

## 4\. Saved buildings

The "Saved" list on our board is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It isn't sent to us unless you choose "Send my list to the team."

## 5\. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to help you lease:

- **Apartment communities** you ask us to contact, tour, or apply to
- **Service providers** who help us run the site and receive form submissions, such as our lead-capture provider, under confidentiality terms
- **Our brokerage**, Spirit Real Estate Group, for licensing and compliance
- **Authorities** when required by law

The list of specific vendors we use is being finalized, and we'll update this policy when it changes.

## 6\. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to measure how the site is used and to improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Some parts of the site may work less well without them.

## 7\. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it as long as needed for your search, our recordkeeping duties as a licensed brokerage, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

## 8\. Your choices

- Ask to see the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal recordkeeping duties
- Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link or email us)

## 9\. Children

This site is for adults looking to lease an apartment. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

## 10\. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here and update the date above.
