If a number on our site is wrong, we fix it and log it here with the date. Community corrections are made within one business day.
How corrections work
Prices on our board come from a morning pull and are labeled pulled or confirmed, with a date. Building facts, like city limits, county, ISD, electric, and FEMA zone, come from dated research and lookups. When a community, a renter, or our own check shows something is off, we fix it and add an entry below.
- Community corrections: made within one business day of the community's written request.
- Renter reports: checked with the leasing office, then corrected and logged.
- Our own checks: logged the same way, even when no one reported the issue.
To report an error, email hello@newapartmentsfortworth.com with the page and what you saw. If you're a community, include the corrected figure and its effective date.
