1. Agreement to these terms

By using newapartmentsfortworth.com or our services, you agree to these terms. New Fort Worth Apartment Team is a team of Spirit Real Estate Group, a Texas real estate brokerage (TREC #562021).

2. Our services

We provide free apartment locating for ground-up new construction on the Fort Worth side, including:

  • 55+ New Apartments: New 55+ communities with clear 'Who can rent here' labels.
  • Fort Worth Apartment Specials: Confirmed move-in specials at new buildings, each with base and year two beside it.
  • Income-Restricted New Apartments: New communities with income-restricted units, labeled above the price and never pushed or hidden.
  • Lease-Up Apartments: Buildings in lease-up, with stage, fill curve, and what's actually finished.
  • Moving to Fort Worth: The setup facts and a remote path to a shortlist for renters relocating to Fort Worth.
  • New Apartments Near Transit: New buildings near rail and frequent bus, with walk times stated as facts.
  • New Apartments Near Work: New buildings matched to your employer by drive time, route, and toll cost.
  • New Apartments Opening Soon: Unopened communities with opening dates confirmed within 30 days.
  • New Build Board: A map and cards for every new community in scope, with the whole price on each card.
  • Shortlists, routed tours or video walks, document pre-checks, addenda review, utility setup help, punch lists, and a month-10 Renewal Check

3. Free to renters

Our services are free to you. Communities pay our brokerage when a lease is signed, and your rent is the same either way. You never pay us a fee.

4. Prices, specials, and accuracy

Prices and specials come from a morning pull and are labeled pulled or confirmed, with a date. Communities set and change their own prices, specials, fees, and approval rules. We don't guarantee pricing or approval. The community sets both, and we confirm them in writing before you sign.

Dated examples on the site, such as figures "as of Oct 25, 2026," are illustrations and may no longer be current. When a live value is missing, the site says "We're confirming this price."

5. Tools and estimates

Calculators and decision flows give estimates based on the numbers you enter. They aren't offers, quotes, or legal or financial advice.

6. Building facts

City limits, county, school district, utility providers, and FEMA zones are stated as facts from dated research and public lookups. Boundaries and maps change. Check any address with the relevant lookup before you sign. We never describe any flood zone as safe and never rate areas by safety.

7. Leases and your decisions

Your lease is between you and the community. We read addenda with you and point out terms that affect cost, but we aren't your attorney. You make the final decision on any lease.

8. Fair housing

We follow the Fair Housing Act and do not steer by any protected class. See our fair housing policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, New Fort Worth Apartment Team and Spirit Real Estate Group aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or tools, or from decisions made by communities.

10. Intellectual property

The site's text, data compilations, method, and design belong to New Fort Worth Apartment Team or its licensors. Building names and marks belong to their owners.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above will change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
